高血压脑出血外科治疗的临床探讨 (pdf)

    [摘要] 目的 探讨高血压脑出血(幕上)外科治疗方法及疗效。方法 87例采用开颅血肿清除术，95例微创钻孔血肿碎吸术，对手术治疗高血压脑出血病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 治疗结果按GOS评分评价。其中恢复良好67例，中残46例，重残23例，植物生存5例，死亡41例。结论 血肿量在30 ml以上患者，选择合适的手术方式和手术时机是治疗高血压脑出血，提高患者术后生存质量，降低致残率和死亡率的关键。

    Surgical treatment of hypertension complicated by cerebral hemorrhage

    [Abstract] Objective To discuss surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Craniotomical evacuation of hematoma was used in 87 cases，craniotomical hematoma drilling in 95 cases，clinical date were analyzed retrospectively.Results GOS was used to evaluate the efficacy.67 cases were cured，mild disabled in 46 cases，disabled severely in 23 ases，vegetative state in 5 cases，died 41 cases.Conclusion Hematoma over 30 ml.Procedure and operation time should be chosen properly. ......
