摘要: 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)多种成像技术及摸拟手术定位在乳腺疾病中的作用。方法:对69例经临床触诊检查怀疑有乳腺肿块的患者进行平扫加增强的MSCT扫描,并应用图像后处理工作站Advantagedworkstation 4.0对原始图像进行处理。图像重建采用3D、表面遮盖技术(SSD)、多平面容积重建(MPR)、最大密度透影(MIP)、摸拟手术刀技术(CUT)。结果:69例经MSCT检查及应用后处理技术能很好地显示肿块边缘有毛刺、细小的钙化,病灶明显强化,皮肤增厚,乳头凹陷,是乳腺疾病诊断的重要依据。结论:MSCT图像后处理技术对乳腺疾病的诊断和手术定位具有很高的临床使用价值。关键词: 多层螺旋CT; 乳腺疾病 ; X线计算机
The application of MSCT with postoperative technique in detecting the breast lesion

Abstract: Objective: To evaluate the multislice CT (MSCT) with postoperative techniques in detecting and locating the breast lesion. Method: 69 cases of suspected breast mass by touching underwent MSCT with plain and contrast enhancement scan. All the initial data were reconstructed with threedemension (3D), surface shaded display (SSD), multiplanar volume rendering (MPVR), maximum intensive projection (MIP) and cut techniques in the Advanceded workstation 4.0. In this group, 69 cases were confirmed by the operation. We compared the imaging appearance with their pathological results. Result: MSCT and the reconstructive image, displayed the important feature of the breast lesion: infiltrating edge, small calcification, markable enhancement. Skin thicken and dented nipple. Conclusion: MSCT and the imaging postoperative techniques offered valuable information in diagnosing and locating the breast lesion. ......
