     摘要：目的用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定胡芦巴不同炮制品中薯蓣皂苷元的含量。方法HPLC法，分析柱为C18柱(ODS 5μm ， 4.6 mm×250 mm)，乙腈水(87∶13)为流动相，检测波长203 nm。结果薯蓣皂苷元进样在1.558~15.58μg之间线性关系良好，r=0.999 9。平均加样回收率为98.55%，RSD=2.2%。结论胡芦巴随炮制程度的加深其化学成分及其含量都发生了变化。
