子宫输卵管造影与选择性输卵管造影对比分析(附700例报告) (pdf)[ 摘要] 目的 探讨子宫输卵管造影(HSG)与选择性输卵管造影(SSG)对子宫及输卵管通畅情况的诊断比较和应用。方法 对700例不孕患者，做完HSG(对比剂为48%碘化油或碘海醇)，隔数月不孕，再行SSG。比较输卵管诊断的一致性。 结果 700例中491例HSG和SSG对输卵管通畅程度的诊断一致，209例不完全一致。 结论 HSG能清楚地显示宫颈、宫腔、宫角及输卵管通畅情况，而SSG对输卵管通畅情况显示得更准确，并有一定的治疗作用，两者互相补充。

Comparative study of hysterosalpingogram and selective salpingogram imaging diagnosis:a report of 700 cases

[Abstract] Objective To probe the diagnosis and application of hysterosalpingogram (HSG) and selective salpingogram (SSG) in assessing uterine cavity and the expedite condition of oviduct. Methods 700 cases who were sterile,underwent HSG using 48% lipiodol or iohexol,after a few months,the patients who couldnt be pregnant were given SSG,the expedite coherence between HSG and SSG in assessing oviduct was compared. Results The 491 of 700 cases were found the expedite coherence of oviduct,the others(209/700) were not completely identical. Conclusion The cervix, uterine cavity,cornu uteri and the expedite condition of oviduct were clearly observed with HSG,but SSG display the expedite condition of oviduct were more accuracy than HSG,SSG also play a important role in the treatment of oviduct, HSG and SSG is complementary each other. ......
