中乌头次碱制备工艺的研究

     摘要：目的研究中乌头次碱的制备工艺。方法采用四因素三水平的正交实验的方法，筛选最佳工艺条件，以多级质谱进行定性监测。结果以 pH＝8，T＝100℃，t=1.5 h，V＝200 ml条件下所得中乌头次碱得量大。结论该制备工艺合理，适合工业化生产。
