茯苓皮中茯苓多糖的提取工艺优化

     摘要:目的利用响应表面实验设计优化茯苓皮中茯苓多糖的提取方法和工艺条件。方法利用单因素实验优化茯苓皮中茯苓多糖的提取方法,在单因素实验的基础上利用响应表面实验设计考察碱法提取过程中碱浓度、提取时间、料液比对多糖提取量的影响。结果茯苓皮中多糖的最佳提取方法为碱法提取,其提取条件可用回归方程 Y=7.89+15.249X1-35.4X12+8.375X2-0.885 X22+7.333X1X2 描述。结论 最佳提取方法为碱法,最佳提取工艺条件为:NaOH浓度0.84 mol/L,时间8.89 h,料液比1∶150。

    Optimal Extracting of Pachyman from Poria cocos Peels

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo optimize the extraction conditions of pachyman from Poria cocos peels. MethodsBoiled water, basic solution and supersonic extraction were used to extract pachyman and responsible surface experimental design was used to optimize conditions of extraction. The spectrophotometry of phenol-sulfuric acid was used to determine the content of pachyman.ResultsBasic extraction is more reasonable and extraction rate is higher. The extracting conditions could be recounted by follow equation: Y=7.89+15.249X1-35.4X12+8.375X2-0.885 X22+7.333X1X2 . ConclusionThe optimum extracting conditions are NaOH 0.84 mol/L, 8.89 h, materials/solution 1∶150. ......
