     摘要：目的：探讨血小板相关抗体(PAIg)检测在血小板减少症中的临床意义。方法：选择110例血小板减少症患者及10例外周血系均在正常范围的健康体检者(正常对照组),采用ELSIA法进行PAIgG、PAIgA、PAIgM 3项联合检测。结果：特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)、再生障碍性贫血(AA)、骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)、血液系统肿瘤、肝病患者PAIg阳性率均明显高于正常对照组。ITP、AA、血液肿瘤组及肝病组患者的PAIgG、PAIgA、PAIgM值均高于正常对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论： PAIg的检测有助于了解血小板减少症的发生机制。

    The clinical significance of plateletassociated immunoglobulin examination for thrombocytopenia

    Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of plateletassociated immunoglobulin (PAIg) examination for thrombocytopenia. Methods: The level of PAIgG, PAIgA and PAIgM were detected in 110 patients with thrombocytopenia and 10 normal volunteers as control group by ELSIA. Results: The positive rates of PAIg in patients with ITP, AA, MDS, hematology tumor and liver disease were significantly higher than that in normal controls. Conclusion: Test of PAIg is helpful to know the etiopathological mechanism of thrombocytopenia. ......
