[摘要] 目的：探讨穴位封闭加按摩对产后尿潴留的临床应用价值。方法：对98例产后尿潴留患者，随机抽取50例为试验组，48例为对照组。试验组用新斯的明足三里穴位封闭加按摩气海穴治疗尿潴留；对照组单纯采用新斯的明肌肉注射。结果：治疗有效率，实验组为98%，对照组为65%，P<0.01。结论：新斯的明穴位注射加穴位按摩效果明显高于单纯注射新斯的明组，两组有显著差异。[关键词] 穴位封闭；产后尿潴留;按摩
Acupuncture Point Blocking Injection with Massage Treat Postpartum Urinary Retention

Abstract：Objective Discusses the clinical practice value of acupuncture point blocking injection combined with massage in treating postpartum urinary retention.Methods 98 cases of postpartum urinary retention patient were randomly divided in to two groups:50 cases to the experimental group and 48 cases to the controlled group.The experimental group were treated with neostigmine injection to the ZuSanLi point combined with massages;The controlled group were treated with neostigmine muscle injection only.Results The effective rate of the experiment group was 98% and that of the controlled group was 65%,P<0.01.Conclusion The effect of neostigmine injection to the acupuncture point combined withmassage was obviously better than muscle injection of neostigmine,there were significant difference between the two groups. ......
