[摘要] 目的：探讨小诺霉素发生不良反应的影响因素及预防措施。方法:检索1994年至2005年国内医药学期刊报道的小诺霉素不良反应病例并进行分析。结果:小诺霉素的不良反应主要为过敏性休克、神经肌肉阻滞及肾损害。结论：临床注重小诺霉素抗菌活性的同时应重视其不良反应。[关键词] 小诺霉素；不良反应；过敏性休克；肾损害
Analysis of 55 Cases Adverse Reaction Caused by Micronomicin

Abstract:Objective To discuss the influencing factor and the prophylactic measure of the adverse reaction from Micronomicin.Methods The adverse reaction from Micronomicin covered by the medical and pharmaceutical periodicals during the period of Jan.1994 to Dec.2005 were statistically classified and analyzed.Results The adverse reaction were mainly manifested as Allergic shock reactions and neuromuscular block and kidney damage.Conclusion Great attention should be paid to the antibacteria effect of Clindamycin and the danger posed by its adverse reaction in the clinic.
