     [摘要] 目的：探讨粉尘累积肺作用值(Da)与评价矽肺患者X线胸片影像特点的关系及其应用。方法：选各期矽肺与0+尘肺共317例，回顾性调查收集研究对象不同工作时期的职业粉尘接触史和作业场所粉尘浓度水平资料，X线系列胸片，计算Da值并分析Da值变化与矽肺X线胸片小阴影之间的关系。结果：随着Da值增高，矽肺X线胸片小阴影的类型由p型向q型过渡；小阴影的密集度逐渐增大并趋向于融合；小阴影的分布范围从两下肺间两上肺过渡。结论：Da值可用于研究粉尘暴露与矽肺发生发展的剂量反应关系。

    The Relationship Between Pulmonary Cumulative Dust and the Characteristics of Xray Chest Radiograph for Silicosis

    Abstract：Objective To study the relationship between pulmonary cumulative dust(Da) and silicosis in describing the characteristics of Xray chest radiographs.Methods There are 317 cases with silicosis or 0 stage who were dust concentration of workplace was collected from factory's records.The data were used to calculated Da.Then the results were analyzed with observations from Xray chest radiographs.Results Significant difference in type,profusion and distribution of small opacity was observed from Xray chest radiograph in subjects with different Da.With increasing of Da,small opacity became bigger and assembling,profusinons higher,and moved from under to up lungs.Conclusion Da is worth studying the doseresponse relationships of dust expulsure and silicosis dovelopment. ......
