     [摘要] 目的：探讨远程胎儿监护网络在高危妊娠孕妇自我监护的临床应用价值，评价其优越性。方法：2002年5月至2005年12月在我院门诊进行产前检查自愿应用远程胎儿心率监护的高危孕妇及B超显示有脐带绕颈者46例为研究组，按规定在家中进行胎动计数，并随时进行远程胎儿心率监护。孕妇年龄22岁~41岁，平均(27±4)岁。58例对照组，在家中以胎动计数进行自我监护，定期到医院进行常规胎儿心率监护，年龄22岁~39岁，平均(26±8)岁。分析两组胎儿心率监护的检测结果和围生儿结局。结果:两组NST结果，研究组NST异常20人，正常26人,检出率43.5%；对照组NST异常13人，正常45人，检出率22.4%。两者比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组围生儿结局比较，研究组新生儿窒息2例(4.26%)，对照组窒息8例(13.79%)；研究组早产儿3例(8.48%)，对照组早产儿14例(24.14%)。研究组新生儿窒息率和早产儿率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论：应用远程胎儿心率监护网络进行高危妊娠的检测，可显著提高宫内诊断水平，降低围生儿患病率，改善围生儿预后，值得推广。

    To Evaluate the Clinic Effect of Longdistance Telephone Fetal Monitor

    Abstract：Objective To explove the clinic value of longdistancetelephone monitor system in selfmonitoring of high visr pregnant women and evaluate it superiority.Methods 104 gravida with longdistance telephone monitor system and umbilical cord indicated by Btype uetrasound in our hospital from 2002.5 to 2005.12 were divided into research group that the age from 22 to 41 years (46 cases),which was wronitored by fetal movement counting at home and longdistance telephone fetal monitoring system in selfmonitoring,and control group thad the age from 22 to 39 gears (58 cases ),which was monitored by fetal movement counting at home and fetal monitoring system at hospital.To analy the two groups resups of fetal monitor and perinatal outcome.Results Tocompare the vesult of two growps' NST,20 cases with abnormal NST in yesearch group,the detect rates 43.5%and 13 cases with abnormal NST in control group,the aetent rates was 22.4%,the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05).To compare the result of perinatal outcome,2 cases (4.26%) with mild asphyxia neonatorum in research group,and 8 cases (137.9%) in control group,3 cases (8.48%) with premature infand in research gronp.The research group of the mild asphyxia heonatorum rate and premature infant rate less than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Applythe long distance telephone fetal monitor with hign risk pregnant women can improve the level of dicgore and debase the morbidity vate of fetal monitor and improvement the fetal monitor. ......
