[摘要] 目的：探讨有效化解医疗纠纷危机管理的方法。方法：对84例医疗纠纷的引发因素、高发人群进行统计分析。结果：患者因素、医源性因素、医疗护理技术因素、药物性因素是引发医疗纠纷的主要因素，低年资医护人员是高发人群。结论：采取有效措施，重视危机管理，有效化解医疗纠纷。[关键词] 医疗纠纷；危机管理；分析
Analysis of Medical Tangles and Crisis Management

Abstract:Objective The ways of how to deal with the medical tangles effectively.Methods Stat.and analyzing the inducting agents of 137 medical tangles and the crowd.Results The patients factors,the nosocomial factors,the technology of medical staffs and nursing factors,the medication factors were all the key factors.The junior members of the medical staffs were the crowd who were most easily to roll in tangles.Conclusion Taking effecti vely measures and attaching importance tocrisis management,edaling with medical tangles availably.
