     [摘要] 目的：比较不同季节含糖输液热压灭菌后同一灭菌车上不同位置5羟甲基糠醛含量(5HMF)。方法：按《中国药典》2005版检测不同条件下5HMF含量不同。结果：不同季节不同降温条件、同一灭菌车上不同位置5HMF含量不同。结论：5HMF检测取样位置在灭菌车次上层中央位置；夏季高温季节要注意灭菌后降温。
