【摘要】 目的 总结第三代Gamma 钉治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的初步经验。 方法 12例老年股骨转子间骨折采用第三代Gamma钉手术治疗(Evans Ⅰ型1例，Ⅱ型3 例，Ⅲ型5例，Ⅳ型3例)。 结果 经4～11个月随访，平均7个月，优良率95.8%，疗效满意。 结论 第三代Gamma钉更微创，手术切口长约2～3cm，手术平均为40min，出血少，平均为120ml。正确的操作、拉力螺钉恰当固定位置及正确的术后功能锻炼是取得良好疗效的关键。
