【摘要】 目的 观察凝血酶配合肯特令治疗新生儿上消化道出血的临床疗效。 方法 对照组16例采用综合治疗，治疗组20例在综合治疗的基础上加用凝血酶和肯特令鼻饲。 结果 治疗组在止血时间上与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05 )。 结论 凝血酶联合肯特令治疗新生儿上消化道出血有显著疗效。

    Observation on curative effect of treatment with thrombin and montorillonite powder of new born’ digestive tract bleeding in 20 cases

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of thrombin and montorillonite powder treatment of newborn upper digestive tract bleeding. Methods 16 cases of control group received comprehensive treatment while 20 cases of experimental group were treated with thrombin and Montorillonite powder in addition to comprehensive treatment. Results It was statistically significant in arresting bleeding between control and experimental groups (P<0.05). Conclusion There is significant effect in the treatment with thrombin and montorillonite powder of newborn digestive tract bleeding. ......
