[Abstract] Objective To discuss the advantage of abdominal intrafascial hysterectomy.Methods92cases were given abdominal intrafascial hysterectomy by transverse incision for benign uterine diseases.90cases were given traditional hysterectomy by random.The operation time，blood loss during operation and the postoperative recovery were compared.Results The operative time of intrafascial hysterectomywas the same as that of traditional group(P>0.05).The blood loss，the time of exhaust after operation，the postoperative days in hospital and the rate of fever after operation were de-creased obviously in intrafascial group than that in traditional group.Conclusion Abdominal intrafascial hysterectomy by transverse incision has the advantage in simple manipulation ......
