【摘 要】 目的 观察伤筋擦剂配合离子导入(GTCM)治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。 方法 临床选择850例膝骨关节炎患者根据相关标准进行临床分期，采用伤筋擦剂配合离子导入治疗，10日为1个疗程，2个疗程后按病情轻重积分的变化判定疗效。 结果 850例膝骨关节炎患者临床控制210例，显效283例，有效288例，无效69例，总有效率91.88%。 结论 伤筋擦剂配合离子导入是治疗KOA有效的方法。
