【摘要】 目的 减轻肾脏手术损伤，最大范围挽救肾功能。方法 采用B超引导经皮肾镜取石。结果 我院对肾、输尿管上段结石施行B超引导经皮肾镜取石术，效果满意，尤其对双侧肾结石、鹿角状结石、孤立肾结石及手术后复发肾结石等各种复杂肾结石患者，效果良好。结论 B超引导经皮肾镜取石术能使患者损伤减轻到最小程度，最大程度挽救肾功能。

    【Abstract】 Objective Lighten the operation wound of kidney，most save the kidney function in the scope.Methods Percutaneous nephrolithotomy guide by ultrasonic wave.Results The patients who have stone in their kidney and up ureter.We use PNL guide by ultrasonic wave,the effect is good,especially both side of kidney stone,deerhorn stone,loney kidney stone and relapse stone after operation.Conclusion PNL can lighten the kidney wound lest, most save the kidney function.
