     [摘要] 目的：观察复可托治疗婴幼儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法：婴幼儿支气管哮喘患儿110例，随机分为治疗组60例，对照组50例。对照组给予抗炎、平喘、避免触发因素和自我保健等治疗，治疗组在综合治疗基础上加用复可托，比较治疗后两组疗效。结果：治疗组治愈、显效、总有效率均高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(χ2＝13.9，P<0.01)。结论: 复可托是治疗婴幼儿支气管哮喘反复发作有效又易于接受的药物。

    The adjunctive treatment of Fuketuo in infants' bronchial asthma

    [Abstract] Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Fuketuo on children with bronchial asthma. Methods: 110 cases of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (60 cases) and control group (50 cases). Each group had routine treatments, including those to avoid triggering factors and of self health care. Besides comprehensive treatment, the treatment group was given Fuketuo. The curative effects of these two groups were compared. Results: The effective ratio of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group (χ2＝13.9, P<0.01). Conclusions: Fuketuo is an effective and acceptable drug for children's recurrent bronchial asthma. ......
