     【摘要】目的探讨HLADRB1、DQB1位点基因在山东籍汉族寻常型天疱疮易感性中的作用。方法用序列特异性引物聚合酶链反应(PCRSSP)方法，对61例寻常型天疱疮(pemphigus vulgaris,PV)患者和57名正常对照者进行了HLADRB1、DQB1等位基因的分型，并分析了DRB1、DQB1基因在两组中的分布。结果与正常对照组比较，PV患者组DRB1 *14(*1401、*1404、*1405)基因频率明显增高(Pc分别<0.05)。结论 HLADRB1*14是山东籍汉族PV的易感基因。

    Association between HLADRBl genes and pemphigus vulgaris in Han Shandong Chinese

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the predisposing role of HLADRB1 genes in pemphigus vulgaris(PV).Methods We used polymerase chain reactionspecific sequence primers method to type HLADRB1,DQB1 subregion in the patients with PV of Han nationality from Shandong Province and matched control subjects.Results The results demonstrated that DR4,DRB1*14(*1401,*1404,*1405)gene frequencies were significantly higher in PV than those in controls(Pc<005).Further typing of DR4 positive subjects revealed that the gene frequencies of DRB1*0406 were significantly in PV patients compared with controls(P<005).Conclusion The results suggested that HLADRB1*14 may be the susceptible haplotypes for PV patients in Chinese Han. ......
