     [摘要] 目的：探讨急性有机磷中毒(AOPP)中阿托品的应用。方法：根据AOPP的诊断分级应用阿托品。结果：治愈21例；死亡2例，均死于呼吸衰竭。结论：在治疗AOPP时应密切注意阿托品的应用和可能出现的情况，增加治愈率。

    The Simple Analisis About the Application of Atropine in Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning

    Abstract：Objective To discuss the application of Atropine in acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Methods To use Atropine depend on diagnosis classification in acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.Results Cures 21 cases;dies 2 cases,both of them died to the breath failure.Conclusion In order to increase cure rate,we should pay great attation to the application of Atrpine and possibly arisen situation in our treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
