【摘要】 目的 了解脂肪乳剂对低出生体重儿胆红素代谢的影响。方法 将744例早产儿随机分为A、B两组，A组于出生后2 d给予脂肪乳，B组于出生后5 d给予脂肪乳，同时测定胆红素、血清白蛋白。结果 A组胆红素水平和血清白蛋白高于B组(P<0.01)，但病死率低于B组(P<0.01)，两组光疗率差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 早期脂肪乳剂可增加早产儿黄疸发生率，但因能提高其血清白蛋白水平，增加热量，早期应用脂肪乳可提高早产低出生体重儿的生存率和生存质量。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of fat emulsion on bilirubin metabolize in the infants of low birth weight.Methods 744 infants of low birth weight were divided into two groups,group A (n=372) and group B (n=372),group A received early therapy with fat emulsion (2 day after birth),and group B received fat emulsion 7 days after birth.The levels of bilirubin and serum albumin in both groups were detected.Results The levels of bilirubin and serum albumin in group A increased significantly,as compared with those in group B (P<0.01),but mortality rate in group A was significantly lower than that in group B (P<0.01).Conclusion The infants of low birth weight receiving early therapy with fat emulsion can reduce the mortality rate of infants of low birth weight and can enhance their life quality. ......
