     [摘要] 目的：分析绝经后脊柱原发性骨质疏松椎体压缩的CT表现。方法：对X线诊断、临床证实的30例绝经后脊柱原发性骨质疏松患者椎体压缩的CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果：81个椎体表现为压缩变形，其中凹陷形48个，楔形27个，扁平形5个，椎体内骨折线不明显，骨密度均匀减低，骨皮质变薄，骨小梁稀疏。结论：绝经后脊柱原发性骨质疏松椎体压缩是一种退行性改变，仅形态改变，椎体内未见骨折线。CT检查对椎体压缩改变的鉴别有一定的价值。

    Abstract:Objective To analyze the CT appearance of centrum compression in postmenopausal patients with primary spinal osteoporosis.Methods 30 postmenopausal cases with primary spinal osteoporosis and centrum compression,which confirmed by Xray film and clinical data,were enrolled in this study.CT appearance of centrum compression was retrospectively analyzed.Results We totally found 81 collapsed centrums,including concave type(n=48).wedge type(n=27)and tabular type(n=5).All the compressed centrums depicted even lower attenuation with papery cortical bone and notable sparse trabeculae;Where as,the fracture line was not found in all compressed centrums.Conclusion Primary spinal osteoporosis in postmenopausal patients is a degenerative disease.Centrum compression associated with it only has morphologic abnormalities,which do not demonstrate fracture line.CT exam has certain values in differentiating various centrum compressions. ......
