     [摘要] 目的：探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)对输尿管结石的诊断价值。方法：35例输尿管结石患者行MSCT检查，并应用后处理技术重建。结果：所有病例均可明确结石的大小、形态、部位，以及继发改变。结论：结合轴位图像和后处理技术，MSCT较其他影像检查方法具有更高的检出率和诊断价值。
