[摘要] 目的:优选牛蒡子乙醇提取的最佳工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验筛选醇提工艺条件,用HPLC法测定牛蒡苷的含量。结果:牛蒡子的最佳醇提条件为:乙醇浓度70%,加8倍溶剂量,回流3次,回流时间1 h。结论:采用本工艺牛蒡子的活性成分牛蒡苷提取率达95.43%,工艺可行。[关键词] 牛蒡子;牛蒡苷;正交设计
Optimization of the technology of extracting chemical constituents from fructus arctii by orthogonal experimental design

[Abstract] Objective:To optimize the technology of extracting chemical constituents from fructus arctii. Methods: HPLC was used to analyze the content of Arctinin, and the L9 (34) orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the conditions of the ethanol extraction technology. Results: The conditions of the ethanol extraction technology of extracting the constituents from Fructus arctii were 70 % ethanol, 1 hour of reflux, 8fold solvent and 3 times of extraction. Conclusions: With the extraction rate of arctiin as 95.43%, the optimized technology is stable and practical and worthy of a trial in pharmaceutical production. ......
