[摘 要] 目的：探讨髂股深静脉血栓形成(DVT)，在顺行造影的同时，加压推注尿激酶的应用。方法：56例DVT，男38例，女18例，右下肢20例，左下肢36例，病程6 h~5 d。从患肢远端浅静脉入路，小腿中下1/3捆扎止血带，使对比剂经深静脉通过，进行下肢深静脉顺行造影的同时，加压间断推注尿激酶，进行溶栓治疗，尿激酶使用20万U~80万U。结果：56例患者均获得了良好的临床疗效，无一例无效，无一例发生症状性肺栓塞，所有患者症状消失或明显减退。结论：经下肢浅静脉加压推注尿激酶进行溶栓治疗髂股DVT，疗效确切，溶解率高，方法简便，安全可靠。
