194例初治菌阳肺结核抗痨治疗过程中球蛋白变化及意义

     [摘要] 目的：探讨初治菌阳肺结核患者抗痨治疗过程中血浆球蛋白变化(Ig)及其意义。方法：回顾分析2005年1月至12月194例初治菌阳肺结核患者抗痨治疗前及治疗2个月、3个月、5个月后Ig变化情况及其与肺结核病情转归的关系。结果：在194例初治菌阳结核病患者中，在治疗前有130例(67.01%)，患者Ig水平>35 g/L，经规则治疗后，复查Ig逐渐降低，二者之间差异有显著性(P<0.01或P<0.05)；对治疗后Ig水平与痰菌情况分析可见，Ig水平持续升高者较Ig水平低者的痰菌阳性率大，两者差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论：Ig与结核病病情密切相关，在病情好转时降低，反之亦然，故初治肺结核患者抗痨治疗中常规监测Ig对疾病的发展及转归有其积极的临床意义。

    The Variety and Meanings of Globulin Which Was from 194 Patients of Germpositive TB Were Treated by First AntiTB

    Abstract: Objective To evaluate the variety and meanings of globulin which 194 first cures of germpositive TB were treated antiTB.Methods The review analyzes the relationship of Ig variety which were before and after treating from the 194 patient who were the germpositive TB andhad the antiTB treatment, and the relationship of Ig variety and the condition of TB in 2005 .Results In 194 patients of germpositive TB who were first treated,have 130 patients (67.01%) whose Ig level werehigher than 35 g/L before treating, after regular treatment, reply to check the Ig to lower gradually, it shows the markedness difference (P<0.01 or P<0.05).To analyzes Ig level and phlegm germ circumstance after regular treatment,and compare the rate of germpositive TB,the group whose level of Ig keep on going upwas greater than the group level of Ig is low, the difference showed the markedness both (P<0.05).Conclusion The level of Ig is closer to the condition of TB patients, when the condition turns better then it will be lower, vice versa. So normal regulations monitors the Ig develops to the TB patients in their first treatmenthas positive and clinical meaning to the paroxysm. ......
