[摘 要] 随着整体护理的深入开展，满足患者的文化要求，对患者进行文化护理成为临床护理的一个重要任务。本文针对文化的特点提出对患者进行有效的文化护理需经过以下几个步骤：全面评估患者的文化背景，包括患者的种族、性别、职业、宗教、经济社会地位等；明确文化要素与健康问题的关系，根据二者的关系将文化要素分为三类：对健康有害的、对健康有益的以及与健康无关的；根据以上分类采取针对性的护理措施，即干预有害因素、提倡有益因素、放任无关因素；对患者进行重新评估以评价护理效果，并制定下一步护理计划。[关键词] 文化；文化要素；文化护理
How to Conduct Cultural Nursing

Abstract:Along with the deepening development of the wholesided nursing,satisfying the patients' cultural request and conducting cultural nursing has become an important mission of clinical nursing.With consideration to the characteristics of culture,some procedures are put forward in this paper:Completely evaluate the patients' cultural background,including their race,sex,occupation,religion,economic social status etc;Make definite the relation between cultural factors and health problems.Based on the relation,cultural factors are classified into three types:harmful factors,beneficial factors and irrelevent factors;adopt the corresponding nursing measures,that is,interfering the harmful factors,promoting the beneficial factors,let alone the irrelevant factors;Reevaluate the patients' conditions to judge the nursing effect and make next nursing plan. ......
