[摘要] 目的 探讨胸腰椎骨折的治疗方法。方法 2000年6月～2005年6月我院收治胸腰椎骨折患者52例，对其进行分析评定。结果 本组52例病人中，均未发生定位错误，无断钉、断棒及椎弓根钉松动、滑脱，无感染及医源性神经损伤等并发症，术后1年植骨处获得骨性融合，神经功能恢复良好。结论 利用椎弓根内固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨折，具有解剖较简单、手术创伤小、出血少、操作容易等优点，术后恢复良好。
