     [摘要] 临床检验信息化由7于缺乏标准化而使大量的投入最终却形成一个个的“信息孤岛”，网络建设只见树木不见树林。面对窘境，我们从开发平台、信息平台、项目编码等的标准化出发，开发出一套临床检验信息与管理系统(LIMAS)。该系统采用在作业时使用B/S而在查录时使用C/S系统结构复合模式，以SQL Server 2000做数据库。在数据库的设计时充分考虑了数据共享、LIMAS与其他信息系统的联网需求。对数据的存储采用最小元素结构，并可根据需要提供多种格式输出，保证了数据的可共享性；系统支持TCP/IP通讯协议传输方式，为系统内的业务数据跨平台共享提供了基础；可根据要求提供多种加密方式，这使信息系统的联网安全得到了保障；有全面的检验模块、强大的联机功能、方便的数据录入方式、标准化的项目设置、全面而权威的项目参考值数据库、独创的动态管理辅助功能。经多家单位全面使用，效果良好。进一步的推广应用将对检验行业、政府和社会诸多方面产生明显的社会效益。

    Functional Feature of the Laboratory Information and Management Assistant System Software

    Abstract:Due to failing to standardization,huge investment in clinical laboratory information turned to be a lot of“information islets”,and laboratory network effort was in vain just as planting，trees only without forest.Facing to the music,we started from the normalization in exploitation platform,information platform,and coded tests,and developed the software of clinical information and management assistant system (LIMAS).Browser/Server (B/S) architecture was employed in operation,Client/Server (C/S) architecture was shifted when inquiring,and SQL Server 2000 was used as data base.Data sharing and communication requirement with other information systems were thoroughly taken into consideration in data base design.Elementary unit was utilized in data memories,multiple output formats were offered to ensure data sharable,TCP/TP transmission protocol was supported to offer data in the system sharable for other systems.More than one way of ciphering was available to ensure the network safety.After all,the system had comprehensive laboratory modules,powerful connection capacity with other systems,convenient ways to input,standardized coded tests,allround and authority reference values database,and,original dynamic management assistant function.Striking effect was brought with it in the application in several organizations.Desirable social benefits should be achieved in clinical laboratory industry,government,and,society with the spread application. ......
