     [摘要] 目的：探讨护理干预对糖尿患者心理的影响。方法：用焦虑抑郁自评量表评估糖尿患者的精神状况，并给予护理干预，包括糖尿病宣教、药物干预、心理护理、感觉护理，然后比较干预前后的分值。结果：糖尿病患者存在明显的紧张焦虑心理，护理干预后症状明显改善。结论：对糖尿病患者进行及时有效、多层次的护理干预，有助于控制疾病及早康复。

    Effect of Nursing Intervention on Psychological Status of Diabetes Mellitus Patients

    Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on diabetes mellitus patients complicated with psychological status.Methods The 235 diabetes mellitus patients were analyzed by using Zung anxietydepression selfevaluation scaleand Hamilton evaluation scale.Patients were given nursing intervention including education;drug disposal;psychological nursing;sensory nursing.Results The data showed most diabetes mellitus patients had marked anxietydepression mentality(P<0.01).And it was to improve after given nursing intervention(P<0.01).Conclusion For diabetes mellitus patients multipleleveled nursing intervention should be carried out toward the routienuse. ......
