食管多原发癌的影像诊断价值

     [摘要] 目的：探讨食管多原发癌(MPC)的X线钡餐检查及螺旋CT检查诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析18例行X线钡餐检查及螺旋CT检查并经手术病理证实的食管MPC的影像学表现，总结其影像诊断价值。结果：18例食管MPC中，均为双重癌，病变范围以食管中段、下段最多，下段、贲门次之，上段、贲门最少；病理类型以鳞癌居多，腺癌次之，鳞腺癌最少。结论：X线钡餐检查及螺旋CT检查对食管MPC具有重要的诊断价值，影像学检查联合内镜检查能提高其诊断率。

    Abstract: Objective To explore the diagnosis values of Xray bariummeal and spiral T check in oesophageal multiple primary carcinoma. Methods The imaging signs of 18 cases oesophageal multiple primary carcinoma proved by pathology were analyzed retrospectively and to summarize the imaging diagnosis values.Results In the 18 cases, the majority of range of tumor in medium and lower segment, lower segment and cardia take second place, upper segment and cardia at least. squamous cellcarcinoma at most, adenocarinoma take second place , squamaadenocarinoma at least. Conclusion The Xraybarium mealcheck and spiral CT check have important diagnosis value to oesophageal multiple primary carcinoma,it can improvethe diagnosis rate associating with endoscope examination. ......
