准冠状位CT扫描技术在踝关节骨折检查中的应用价值

     [摘要] 目的：探讨准冠状位扫描技术在踝关节骨折检查中的应用。方法：收集踝关节骨折病例20例，均行X线、CT常规横轴位扫描及准冠状位扫描检查，比较三者的检查结果，评价CT准冠状位扫描技术在踝关节骨折检查中的作用。结果：X线片诊断漏诊3例，常规轴位CT扫描漏诊2例，踝关节准冠状位CT扫描对20例骨折均显示良好，尤其对涉及关节面的骨折及有合并跟骨骨折者有明显优势。结论：踝关节准冠状位CT扫描技术能从近似冠状位角度显示踝关节骨折的具体部位、类型、严重程度及移位情况，能提高踝关节骨折的检出率。

    Clinical Application of Quasi Coronary CT Scan in Fracture of Anklebone

    Abstract：Objective To discuss the application of quasi coronaryCT scan in fracture of anklebone.Methods Collect 20 cases history of anklebone fracture scaned by Xray,normal CT scan and quasi coronary CT scan.Then,compare the result of exam result.Estimate the application of quasi coronary scan in anklebone fracture in Xray exam.Results 3 cases was missed diagnosing in Xray exam.2 cases was missed in normal CT scan.every cases was displayed well in quasi scan.So quasi scan has great advantages in fracture fracture of joint,especially in anklebone.Conclusion The technology of quasi coronary scan can display the exact location,type,degree of graveness and dislocation of the fracture anklebone,and improve the rate of diagonosis of the anklebone. ......
