[摘 要] 目的：探讨老年人不全性肠梗阻内科的保守疗法。方法：选36例不全性肠梗阻患者，回顾治疗过程：促进消化道梗阻解除；防止细菌移位；减轻腹痛、腹胀。结果：36例中有26例完全缓解，8例部分缓解。结论：老年人免疫功能差、机体反应差、慢性并发病多，选择内科保守治疗有利于老年人。[关键词] 老年人；不全性肠梗阻；保守治疗
The Elderly Ileus Conservative Therapy Clinic Analyse

Abstract :Objective To summarize the conservative therapy of the elderly who have incomplete ileus.Methods Select 36 patients who have incomplete ileus, and review the whole therapeutic course.1.promote the relief of the ileus 2.prevent the shift of bacterium 3.relieve the clinical symptoms, such as bellyache, nausea, vomiting.Results 26 patients achieved complete responses and 8 achieved partial responses in all 36 patients.Conclusion The elder people have poor immunity function, poor responses to disease and have chronic disease at the same time. So it is beneficial to the elder people to select the conservative therapy.
