[摘 要] 目的：建立鼻咽组织常规制片及其免疫组化的标准化实验流程，达到临床病理检验质量控制的要求及日后研究的需要。方法：详细介绍鼻咽组织常规制片及其免疫组化染色的方法以及质量控制环节。结果：用此法制备的鼻咽组织免疫组化切片染色结果稳定可靠、特异性强、敏感性高。结论：此实验流程可改进和提高鼻咽组织免疫组化染色的质量。[关键词] 鼻咽组织;免疫组织化学;标准化;质量控制
