[摘 要] 目的：总结肱骨髁间粉碎骨折手术治疗的效果并对其疗效进行分析。方法：对63例不同类型肱骨髁间粉碎骨折患者采用手术治疗,平均随访34个月(14个月～63个月),采用3种不同的评分系统进行功能评价。结果：经鹰嘴入路、钢板固定技术适应证广、功能恢复满意。结论：经鹰嘴入路和钢板固定技术应作为肱骨髁间粉碎骨折的首选治疗方案,损伤的严重程度、手术方式的选择、术后功能锻炼的方法和患者的配合程度对术后功能恢复至关重要。[关键词] 肱骨髁间;骨折；治疗
Effect on Surgical Treatment of Comminuted Humeral Intercondylar Fracture

Abstract: Objective To conclude the result of comminnted fractures of humeral intercondyle treated by operation. Methods 63 cases with comminuted fractures of humeral intercondyle treated by operation with variable approaches and variable fixations were followed by averaged 34.0 months(14～63 months),functional result were evaluated with three rating systems.Results The function resume after trans olecranon approach and platefixation technique were satisfactiary with broad indications.Conclusion Trans olecranon approach with platefixation is recommended to be the best choice to treat comminuted fractures of humeral intercondyle.The severity of the initial trauma,operative scheme,post operative functional training and patients'cooperation are the most important elements for post operative functional recover. ......
