     [摘要] 目的：了解微泵静脉推注阿托品救治有机磷中毒的治疗效果。方法：改传统用法为微泵静脉推注法，通过临床治疗24例与传统静脉推注25例，静脉滴注18例，对照观察。结果：微泵静脉推注法的综合疗效明显优于静脉推注法和静脉滴注法，且微泵静脉推注法具有快速、足量、恒速、稳定的特点。结论：运用微泵静脉推注法给药，患者生命体征波动比静脉推注小、副反应低、缩短了患者病程、提高了抢救成功率，临床效果好，在救治有机磷中毒患者中是切实可行的。
