摘要 :目的 观察不同频率电刺激束旁核(PF)对正常大鼠、帕金森病(PD)模型鼠脚内核(EP)神经元自发放电的影响,探讨不同频率电刺激PF对EP神经元活动的调节作用。 方法 采用单管玻璃微电极细胞外记录方法,记录不同频率电刺激PF对正常和PD状态下大鼠EP神经元自发放电频率和模式的影响。 结果 PD模型鼠的EP神经元自发放电频率较正常大鼠增加20.34%(P<0.01)。高频刺激(强度0.4mA,波宽0.1ms,时程5s,频率130Hz)PF使93.65%正常大鼠及96.30%PD模型鼠的EP神经元放电活动受到抑制,且抑制效应时程具有频率依赖性。 结论 高频刺激PF可以减少基底神经节输出核团EP神经元的活动。关键词 :脑深部 电刺激; 束旁核; 脚内核

Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of electric stimulation of the parafascicular nucleus(PF)on the neuronal ac-tivities of the entopeduncular nucleus(EP),in order to confirm the efficacy of deep brain stimulation(DBS)of the PF on Par-kinson disease and probe into the mechanism underlying DBS.Methods Extracellular recording was used to monitor the changes in firing rate and pattern of the EP in response to the electric stimulation of varied rates to the PF in normal and model rats.Results The autonomic firing rate of the EP was higher(by20.34% ......
