摘要 :目的 研究离体培养的大鼠神经干细胞(NSCs)中N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)受体亚单位NR2B的表达。 方法 从孕18～19天胎鼠海马中分离、培养、传代、鉴定NSCs，用免疫细胞化学、Western blot免疫印迹检测传代1次NSCs中NMDA受体亚单位NR2B的表达。 结果 源自孕18～19天胎鼠海马的NSCs，即可以表达NM-DA受体亚单位NR2B。 结论 体外培养的NSCs能表达NMDA受体亚单位NR2B。

    The expression of NMDA receptor subunit2B in neural stem cells in vitro

    Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of NMDA receptor subunit2B in the cultured neural stem cells(NSCs).Methods NSCs from the hippocampus of rats at embryonic day18-19were isolated，cultured，passaged and identi-fied.The expression of N-methyl-D-aspartate(NMDA)receptor subunit2B in the passaged NSCs was determined by im-munocytochemistry and Western blot.Results It was found that NSCs derived from the hippocampus of rats at embryonic day18-19could express NMDA receptor subunit2B.Conclusion NSCs can express NMDA receptor subunit2B in vitro.
