【Abstract】 AIM: To prepare the oleanolic acidloaded solid lipid nanoparticles (OASLN), determine the content of oleanolic acid in OASLN, and evaluate its quality. METHODS: OASLN were prepared by filmultrasound dispersion technique. The encapsulation efficiency and appearance of solid lipid nanoparticles were studied. RESULTS: The appearance of prepared solid lipid nanoparticles was regular with the diameter being (62.0±10.3) nm, the encapsulation efficiency was 98.29% and the loading rate was 8.17%. CONCLUSION: The selected preparation technique of OASLN is rational and practicable. It provides experimental evidence for developing a new oleanolic acid injection.
