【摘要】 目的 综合评价亚甲基四氢叶酸还原酶(MTHFR)基因多态性与脑卒中的关系。 方法 利用Meta分析方法对17篇关于MTHFR基因多态性与脑卒中的关系的研究文献进行综合定量分析。 结果 共有17篇符合条件的文献纳入分析，Meta分析表明，在以CC基因型为参照，携带TT、CT基因型的个体发生脑卒中的危险性的OR值分别为2.26、1.56;按脑卒中临床类型分层分析发现，携带TT、CT基因型的个体发生缺血性与出血性脑卒中的OR值分别为2.54、1.68、2.26、1.44;携带至少一个T等位基因的个体发生脑卒中、缺血性、出血性脑卒中的危险性的OR值分别为1.80、1.84、1.71。 结论 MTHFR基因多态性与我国人群脑卒中的易感性密切相关。
