[摘要] 目的 探讨布地奈德雾化吸入在慢性咽炎、喉炎、声带息肉以及支气管异物手术后治疗中的作用。方法 临床确诊的慢性咽炎、喉炎、声带息肉手术后、支气管异物手术后病人各20例，雾化吸入布地奈德，每日2次，每次1 mL,每次吸入5 min，疗程3~5 d。结果 除4例慢性咽炎病人症状和体征无变化外，余病人症状和体征完全或基本消失。全部病例无任何不良反应。结论 慢性咽炎、喉炎、声带息肉及支气管异物手术后应用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗有显著疗效。[关键词] 布地奈德 ；咽炎； 喉炎； 声带; 息肉；支气管异物

[ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo assess the therapeutic effect of Pulmicort Respules for chronic pharyngitis, laryngitis, after removal of vocal cord polypus and bronchial foreign body. MethodsTwenty patients of each of the folowing conditions: chronic pharyngitis, chronic laryngitis, postpolypectomy of vocal cord, and after removal of bronchial foreign body, were treated with inhaled 1 mL of Pulmicort Respules within 5 minutes, twice a day. The course lasted 3-5 days.ResultsAll the patients recovered after the therapy except four with chronic pharyngitis. No side effects were found.ConclusionRespules exert good effects in treating chronic pharyngitis, chronic laryngitis, postpolypectomy of vocal cord and after removal of bronchial foreign body. ......
