变应性鼻炎与支气管哮喘的相关性

[摘要] 目的 探讨上、下呼吸道变应性炎症的相关性。方法 对54例变应性鼻炎、36例变应性鼻炎并支气管哮喘病人及20例正常对照者的肺功能及支气管激发试验结果进行分析。结果 变应性鼻炎病人的肺功能FEV 1.0%F为(83.90±4.87)%，鼻炎并哮喘病人为(78.82±7.41)%，正常对照组为(90.25±4.69)%，三组间差异有极显著性(F=11.25,q=5.48~12.71,P<0.01)。变应性鼻炎病人支气管激发试验阳性率为64.81%，鼻炎并哮喘病人为83.33%，正常对照者为0，三组间差异有极显著性(χ2=33.2，P<0.01)。结论 上、下呼吸道变应性炎症密切相关，同时治疗上、下呼吸道炎症性疾病更为安全、有效。[关键词] 鼻炎, 变应性, 常年性；哮喘；超敏反应
A CORRELATION BETWEEN ALLERGIC RHINITIS AND BRONCHIAL ASTHMAZHANG QIUGUI, HAN MIN, ZHENG DONGSHU (Department of Otolaryngology, The Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical College, Qingdao 266003, China) [ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation of allergic inflammation between upper and lower respiratory tract. MethodsPulmonary function (FEV 1.0%F) and nonspecific bronchial provocation test were measured in 54 patients with allergic rhinitis (AR), 36 patients with AR accompanying bronchial asthma (BA) and 20 controls. The correlation between the diseases were analyzed. ResultsThe pulmonary function (FEV 1.0%F) of patients with AR accompanying BA, patients with AR and control group were (78.82±7.41)%, (83.90±4.87)% and (90.25±4.69)%, respectively. The differences among the three groups were significant (F=11.25, q=5.48-12.71, P<0.01). The positive rates of bronchial provocation test in patients with AR accompanied BA, patients with AR and control group were 83.33%, 64.81% and 0, respectively.
