卵巢恶性肿瘤的CT诊断

     [摘要] 目的探讨CT对卵巢恶性肿瘤的诊断价值，提高诊断准确率。方法回顾性分析本院经手术、病理证实的40例卵巢恶性肿瘤的CT表现。结果本组病例术前CT诊断与手术病理诊断符合率为85%。CT显示盆腔或下腹部包块影，其中多数位于附件区、子宫直肠陷凹和骶岬前上方，表现为囊实性、实性和囊性包块，形态不规则，以囊实性为多。结论 CT扫描对卵巢恶性肿瘤有很高的诊断价值和准确性。
