    ABSTRACT: Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of adrenal ganglioneuroma. Methods Data of 6 patients with adrenal ganglioneuroma who were diagnosed according to pathological examination were reviewed. Results The 6 patients were followed up from 5 months to 7 years. There was no recurrence during followup. Conclusion It is considered that ultrasonography and computered tomography play an important role in the diagnosis of adrenal ganglioneuroma. The final diagnosis depends on the histopathologic examination. Resection of the mass is an important treatment with favorable prognosis. ......
