摘要 目的：探讨自然流产夫妇与染色体异常的关系。方法：采用外周血淋巴细胞染色体培养技术，G显带，显微镜下核型分析，计数20个核型，分析3个核型。结果：240对流产夫妇中发现染色体异常病例31例，检出率为(12.9%)。结论：染色体异常是导致流产的重要原因之一，应对这类患者进行常规细胞遗传学检查。

    Abnormal Chromosome Analysis of 240 cases with Self-generating Abortion

    Abstract Objective:To investigate the relationship between self-generating abortion couples and abnormal chromosome which have been inspected in the 240 couples.Methods: Peripherral lymphooytes were detected by cytogeneties method,G-banding,Assayed karyotypes under microscope,take count of 20 karyotypes,analysed 3 of them.Results:31 Abnormal chromosome was found in 240 couples,accounting to 12.9%.Conclusion: The abnormality of chromosome is one of reasons of self-generating abortion, thus, usual chromosome examination is necessary for this kind of valetudinarians.
