摘要 目的：探讨生存素(Survivin)蛋白在肺癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法：采用免疫组化两步法，检测56例肺癌组织和40例正常肺组织标本的Survivin蛋白。结果：Survivin蛋白在肺癌组织中阳性表达率为60.7%，而正常肺组织无1例表达，其表达与肺癌的细胞分化程度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.01)，与年龄、性别、组织学类型无关(P>0.05)。结论：Survivin蛋白与肺癌细胞的恶性程度、疾病进展和较高的侵袭性密切相关。

    Expression and Clinical Significance of Survivin Protein in Human Lung Cancer

    Abstract Objective：To syudy the expression and clinical significance of Survivin protein in lung cancer. Methods：Immunohistochemical staining technique (SP method) using antibodies against Survivin protein was carried out on specimens of 56 cases of human lung cancer and 40 cases normal control. Results：The positive rate of Survivin protein in lung cancer was 60.7%, but there is no expression in normal control group. The positive rate of Survivin protein related to grade of cell differentiation, TNM stages and lymph node metastasis of lung cancer (P<0.01), but not to age and sex of patients with lung cancer and histological subtype of lung cancer(P>0.05). Conclusion：The positive of Survivin protein is closely correlated with worsen, development and higher invasion of lung cancer. ......
