摘要：目的测定炎可宁中有效成分-黄芩苷的含量。方法反相高效液相色谱法：色谱柱为Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)；流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(60∶40∶0.2)；检测波长：280 nm；流速：1.0 ml·min-1；柱温：30℃。结果建立了对炎可宁片中黄芩苷进行定量的测定方法，并将此方法用于3个不同厂家生产的炎可宁片中黄芩苷含量的测定。结论 为中药复方提供了更加简便、合理、可靠的质控方法。关键词：反相高效液相色谱法； 炎可宁； 黄芩苷
Determination of Baicalin in Yankening by RP-HPLC

Abstract：ObjectiveTo determine the bioactive compound's content of baicalin in Yankening. MethodsRP-HPLC,Kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) with methanol-water-phosphoric acid(60∶40∶0.2) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1ml/min,the column temperature was 30℃and detection was effecive at 280 nm. ResultsThis method was applied to determine baicalin in Yankening produced by different factories successfully. Conclusion This is a more convenient, reasonable and credible quality control method for the Chinese traditional medicine.
