摘要：目的：探讨糖尿病患者安置永久性心脏起搏器手术配合及术后护理的护理经验。方法：回顾性分析32例糖尿病患者采用Schedinger技术进行安置永久性起搏器手术前护理、手术中配合、和手术后护理体会。结果：手术过程顺利开展，成功率高，但是手术中和手术后的并发症发生率较高。结论：熟练的手术前护理，充分的器械及物品准备，抢救器械、药品的充分准备，熟练的手术配合是手术顺利开展，取得手术成功，减少并发症的要素，对于糖尿病患者进行安置永久性心脏起搏器手术必须加强护理。

    Clinical Analysis of Nursing Cooperation and Experience During and after Pacemaker Implanted in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

    Abstract： Objective: To analysis the nursing cooperation experience during heart pacemaker implanted and nursing experience after surgery in patients with diabetes mellitus. Method: The 32 cases of patients with diabetes mellitus who have been implanted the pacemaker using Sedinger’s skill were clinical analyzed retrospectively for the nursing experience before、during and after pacemaker surgery. Result: The process of pacemaker surgery is smooth and successful, but in these patients with diabetes mellitus have more complication during and after pacemaker surgery. Conclusion: In order to get surgery smoothly and successfully, to decrease the complication, the key factors are important including: expert nursing surgery, sufficient preparation for equipment and drugs, and the more expert nursing cooperation during surgery; for the patients with diabetes mellitus who are implanted pacemaker the nursing must be enhanced. ......
