     摘要：目的开发西洋参果新药材，充分利用西洋参新的药用部位。方法利用西洋参果肉的显微特征及其理化性质，采用显微鉴定和薄层色谱法等进行鉴别，用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对其含量进行测定。结果显微鉴定结合薄层色谱法对西洋参果肉鉴别专属性好，且简便、可行，HPLC法进行含量测定达到了质量控制要求。结论西洋参果肉可以开发成为新药材，成为西洋参的药用部位之一。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo develop and utilize the fruit of Panax quinquefolium L. as its new medicinal part.MethodsFructus Panacis Quinquefolii. were identified with its micro-character and physical chemical properties by microscope and TLC. The content of ginsenoside Re was determined by HPLC.ResultsThe Fructus Panacis Quinquefol could be identified by micro-character combining TLC. This method is simple, accurate and specific. HPLC could be used for quality control of Fructus Panacis Quinquefolii.ConclusionFructus Panacis Quinquefolii can be developed as a new medicinal material and become one of the new medicinal part of Panax quinquefolium L.. ......
